Digital output purchases
Before purchasing, review your analysis, approved products and package contents. The purchase unlocks downloads for the selected manifest.
Problems with an output
If payment succeeds but you cannot download your package, or the file is unusable due to a PalletMargin error, contact support with your account email and manifest name. We will investigate and offer a corrected output or refund for a confirmed service failure.
Market outcomes
A change in market price, lower-than-expected resale proceeds or incorrect data supplied in your manifest is not a service failure. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable consumer law.
