Information we use
PalletMargin stores your email address, sign-in session, uploaded manifest data, saved analysis, pricing preferences and purchase records to provide the service. Avoid uploading personal customer information. Files awaiting account creation expire after 24 hours.
Service providers
Email delivery uses Resend. Checkout uses Stripe; PalletMargin does not receive your full card number. Product search terms and identifiers are sent to the configured market-data provider only after you request analysis. These providers process data under their own terms.
Retention and your choices
Saved inventory and account records are retained while needed to provide your account and purchased outputs. Market evidence expires according to the configured provider retention policy. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; payment records may need to be retained for legal obligations. Optional saved-manifest reminders can be disabled in My Manifests. Essential sign-in cookies are used; no advertising trackers are included.
