Find quantity issues, missing identifiers and duplicate products before analyzing liquidation inventory.
Prepare a readable file
Upload a single-sheet CSV, XLS or XLSX with one product per row. Keep identifiers as text so leading zeros survive. Do not include payment details or customer information. Macros are not supported.
Review the detected columns
Map the product title, identifiers, quantity, retail price and condition. Common column names are detected automatically; verify the choices because suppliers use different conventions.
Understand duplicates
The same identified product in the same condition shares one lookup within a manifest. Its physical quantities still count toward inventory value and average cost. A repeated supplier SKU alone is not proof that two products are identical.
